Villas de Trancoso consists of five one and two bedroom luxury villas that can sleep 16 guests and a new golf course Villa located in the Terravista resort that can sleep up to 8 guests. All villas have been constructed from rare woods gathered from throughout Brazil. They have carefully selected furnishings to accentuate the charm of each villa. The décor of the villas is “elegant simplicity”. You will find native furnishings and beautiful woods against a backdrop of white netting and linens, colorful rugs, local art, and hand painted cushions. All our villas include: Verandas with hammocks and chairs, Fine linens and beds draped in white netting, Spacious bathrooms with waterfall showers, Satellite TV and DVD players, Cordless Phones, wireless internet and IPOD speakers, Air Conditioning/Refrigerators, Safes for your valuables.
While they offer the villas individually, many guests desiring privacy request the entire beach property (five villas, sleeps 16). The cabana and pool frequently becomes the gathering point for dining, games and relaxing with friends and family. Villa Sky is also used as a business meeting center for executive retreats where privacy amidst beautiful surroundings is desired. For those wanting the backdrop of world class golf they also offer Villa Golf (four bedrooms, sleeps 8). The newest addition to their villa retreat family, Villa Golf is a dramatic four bedroom villa situated on a hillside overlooking the famous signature 17th green and fairway of the Terravista Resort. The Private home, just 2 kilometers down the beach from Villas de Trancoso, was designed by renowned architects David Bastos and Adriano Mascarenhas.
