Noronha & Nannai Honeymoon
-
9
Days |

This romantic itinerary is perfect for honeymooners or couples looking for a very special pampered experience in the
exotic Northeast coast of Brazil. We start in Porto de Galinhas at the Nannai, Brazil's 5-Star Tahitian-style resort.
Gorgeous beaches, ideal for diving and surfing, natural swimming pools of transparent warm waters, rides around the
growths of mangroves and the laying of eggs of sea turtles are some of the leisure options in the area. Our next stop on this itinerary is the archipelago of Fernando de Noronha; this is the one of the few locations in Brazil where the sun sets into the sea. The archipelago is called Fernando de Noronha. The islands are the remains of volcanic mountains jutting up from the Atlantic. There are twenty small islands, one larger one. This is one of the most spectacular destinations of Brazil, and it’s perfect for Honeymooners. This experience is as rewarding as the Big Island of Hawaii or anywhere in the Caribbean. While Fernando de Noronha is now a model environmental protection area, it is also one of Brazil's almost hidden treasures. The clarity and warmth of the water, on the equatorial stream, and the abundant underwater life makes these islands a Mecca for divers and snorkelers. There are over two hundred species of fish, plus dolphins, sea turtles, and sharks to view and photograph.

Muro Alto is one of the most beautiful
beaches in the state of Pernambuco, with sunshine all year long. It is protected by reefs which form natural pools, with
crystal clear waters at the perfect temperature.
The NANNAI RESORT is located 33 miles south of
Recife, near Porto de Galinhas, on 30 acres of paradise called Muro Alto Beach. The hotel was conceived with ideals
based on the preservation of the environment and local culture. The atmosphere and design is very Brazilian, utilizing
the best of Brazilian wood and exotic foliage. The staff, which contributed on this project, was selected from the local
neighborhood in order to be in-tune with the local philosophy. The Nannai receives architectural accolades for its
unique layout and Feng Shui design, with all the bungalows “in” the pool, which winds around the property like a giant
serpent.
Day 1 - Recife / Porto de Galinhas
Upon arrival in Recife, you will be met and driven
to the Nannai, where you will be greeted with champagne and a short orientation of the resort, before being escorted
to your private bungalow.
Day 2 - Porto de
Galinhas
Enjoy your bungalow, private swimming pool and jacuzzi or take a romantic walk on Muro Alto
beach. The Nannai has every luxury you can possibly imagine, in a perfect, lush, tropical setting. Why not take a dune
buggy tour up the beach? Your guide will show you the hidden treasures of the area. You'll stop in Porto de Galinhas to
take a jangada (sailing raft) across the channel to the reef, where the tide leaves thousands of fish
trapped for hours, to be admired until the next tide sets them free again. Then it's on to the river, where you will take
a boat ride and observe a naturalist guide catch seahorses for you to study, before he puts them back. This is a state
run project which protects both the seahorses (by controlling their population) and the local shrimp
population (seahorses love to eat shrimp eggs!) Then it's back to the resort for another glorious dinner.
Day 3 - Porto de Galinhas
Explore Porto de
Galinhas. It is one of the liveliest beach towns in Brazil and the most visited in the Northeast, only 10 minutes
from the hotel by beach buggy. As well as being a feast for the eyes, it enjoys an excellent location, right at the
center of a fishing village. This beach resort has also won many fans thanks to its many bars and restaurants that
offer top-quality regional cuisine, and the busiest shops in the area.
Day 4 - Porto de Galinhas
After breakfast, your private guide and driver will take
you on a full day tour of Olinda. Splendid Olinda, was the original state capital until it was jealously set afire
by the Dutch Prince Maurice of Nassau in 1637 to elevate his city of Recife. Built on the hills above Recife, with its
many beautiful baroque churches under the shade of palm trees, it has become an artist's colony. The city has been
given World Heritage Cultural Site status by UNESCO, as well as being declared a National Monument by the Brazilian
government. It has fabulous artisan studios and charming sidewalk cafes to explore.
Day 5 - Porto de Galinhas / Fernando de Noronha
After breakfast,
your private guide will drive you to the Recife Airport for your short flight to the island of Fernando de Noronha. Arrival,
our private driver and guide will be waiting for you at the gate. You will transfer and check in to your hotel. Open
evening at leisure.
Day 6 - 8 Fernando de
Noronha
Their are many optional activities you can enjoy in this paradise, we suggest you not prebook
any tours locally until you see the weather and conditions of each day or each prior day. Here is a list of Optional tours
you can arrange with the Hotel and local scuba vendors: ** these suggested activities are not included in the proposal

protected by IBAMA. Maximum stay allowed: 30 minutes.
Snorkel with turtles - at Sueste Beach Great
place to spot the famous sea turtles.
Scuba dive: - The best dive site is the archipelago of Fernando
de Noronha. It's the most untouched spot, and it's simply gorgeous on the surface, appealing to everyone. The
difficulty ranges from beginner to advance. Best time of the year is from July to December for beginners, all year round
for advanced divers. It's one of the most expensive dive sites to go.
Hiking thru other beaches -
Sancho Bay is considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. You can access it by boat (swimming)
or by trail, from Baia dos Porcos or by dune buggy from up the hill. It´s a secluded, calm beach with crystal clear
water, perfect for snorkeling.
Porcos Bay - snorkeling is great from April to December. Waves from
January to March.
Boldro Beach - This beach has quite a rocky bottom but it is also good for surfing.
It has a bar that offers some shade and serves lunch and appetizers.
Cacimba do Padre Beach - This

right here. It is the beach right next to Baia dos Porcos and where you can also see "Morro Dois Irmaos" or Two
