Sol y Luna
|
|
Sol y Luna has grown from a dream that Franz and Petit had more than 14 years ago: to establish themselves in the Sacred Valley and share their life with others. They wanted to share the abundance of the valley with their visitors and the benefits of this activity with their neighbors. Sol & Luna now has a team of more than 100 employees. They use local products and offer work to the inhabitants of the valley. They know that the only way we can grow is by having respect for and living in harmony with their environment and local culture. They built Wayra because we wanted to provide a space in which you can enjoy the valley by sunlight and by moonshine. At Sol y Luna & Wayra, you can participate in open-air activities, discover Peruvian village art, inspired by the colors and sounds of the mountains, and taste simple, unpretentious Andean food, as well as Peruvian pisco and wine from around the world. Their team, led by Franz and Petit, is made up of neighbors, locals and villagers from rural communities. They are enthusiastic to share their talents, vocations and culture, and their work adds immeasurably to the quality of the Wayra experience.
