It doesn't get any better than this. From the complimentary welcome glass of champagne upon arrival, to the complimentary welcome chocolate soufle and complimentary bottle of wine that was sent to my room, to the complimentary packing/unpacking service, to the complimentary pressing of clothing available, to the complimentary 15 minute massage either in your room or at the spa-your choice, to the high tech room which is all achieved through the telephone--including the stereo and tv adjustments, to the BED... We don't know what to say! Fantastic!. Blending classy contemporary style with sophistocated haute cuisine in the Emiliano restaurant, they will provide to the International traveler a home away from home.The glorious bed that you will just sink in and not want to leave. The hotel is located in the most exclusive and safest neighborhood od Sao Paulo with international world class shopping and resturants at you door. The toilet seat is heated to your preference (cool-warm-very warm--hot)and has 2 built in bidets that trigger water action at the touch of a button--either from the back or from the front--your choice. Surely this is an expensive hotel-- but worth every penny. Service is world class. Architecture is modern,cool, and very unique and comfortable while being cutting edge. Definitely worth the splurge.
