This Gipoia Ranch is spread over a million square meters in Angra dos Reis, one of the most idyllic spots south of Equator, The Main House was built in 1748, has been carefully preserved to offer its visitors the sensation of being in such a unique place, while enjoying and infrastructure which allows one to enjoy the very essences of nature. It has marine farms growing oysters, mussels and coquilles Saint-Jacques, and we raise peacocks, Angola hens, African geese, among other exotic birds, and have 32 species of tropical fruits tree. Gipoia Island in Angra Bay. Property of 2.000.000 ms2 with one beach facing inland and a 700m long white sand beach on open sea – Amendoeira Beach. It is a 5 minutes walk from the house. Original rain forest with 6 km nice and lighted trails in it. Colonial style farmhouse has 7 suites, all equipped with air conditioning units and ceiling fans, fine bed linen, bath and beach towels. 4 rooms (with double beds and in suite bathroom) are located in the main house and 3 rooms (with two single beds and in suite bathroom) are located in the guesthouse. Heliport, steamed and dry saunas, volleyball court, social games area, cable TV 53 inch, telephones. Mineral water from natural sources. 32 different tropical fruit trees in the garden. Kiosk at the beach for relaxation and bar service. Barbecue area. The rental includes a staff of ten people, a small fast boat and a local fishing boat. Food expenses are extra.
